Horrible service! Walked in three employees there just talking ignoring us. one was kind enough to say is anyone gonna take the order? Finally the girl (love to have had her name) comes with an attitude and ask what’s our order when we don’t respond right away she walks away talking under her breath making us wait again! We decide to leave and i hear her yelling “so what ,they didn’t know what they wanted”. The customer service is trash every time i go there. Never giving them my money again. there’s obviously a management problem there. If i could give zero stars i would! Also called for managers name no one ever answered, no one works there.
The food is great for quick dining. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they seemed a bit overworked and could use a pick-me-up. The dining area is clean, and the restroom is accessible, although staff assistance is required to open it. Both cash and credit cards are accepted, and there is a drive-thru option. There is a large, free parking lot available. The parking lot has ample space and is complimentary for patrons.
WENT IN AND ASKED THE CASHIER CAN I PLEASE USE THE BATHROOM... SHE LOOKED AT ME AND REPLIED YOU CAN ONLY USE THE BATHROOM IF YOU BUYING FOOD.... DISGUSTING! THESE ARE THE BUSINESSES WE ARE ALLOWING TO MAKE MONEY IN OR COMMUNITIES?? AND THE LINE WAS TO THE DOOR WITH ONE MANAGER AND ONE CASHIER. STOP SPENDING MONEY IN PLACES LIKE THIS. APPLY FOR JOBS ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!!
Plenty of parking spots and plenty of seats for in restaurant dining. Facility has a drive-thru as well. Rude service. If you must go in, I recommend you order at kiosk or on mobile device, so as to limit interaction with staff. Trust me.

Saying that this place is the worst is yet still a compliment. Management is non-existent, drive thru was closed with no sign. 15 mins for the staff inside to figure out what was wrong... This is ****-poor.
I made a mistake with my order at this restaurant, but they didn't seem to care about correcting it. The service was disappointing and it felt like they only cared about making money.
I always go to this restaurant because the staff is very professional. The wait for orders is not long, the restaurant is clean, and the burgers are delicious.
Bathroom was filthy!! I told the staff 2x. They looked at me and said, nor did anything. I doubt I will be back, although the customer service was decent.
