I've been in town for a few weeks, so I decided to take a short drive tonight to visit this location. There’s a store closer to me, but they wouldn't accept the current promotion because they can't handle mobile orders. This location does. The promotion is Whopper Wednesday, where you can get a Whopper sandwich for $3. I ordered the Whopper without onions and a small fountain drink. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, it took nearly ten minutes for them to prepare my sandwich. The staff seemed completely unmotivated. I ordered a value fry. I pulled out the drive way to find out there were only 7 fries in the bag. I went back in and asked if I can have the fry size I ordered. The manager who was filling the fry orders at 3pm looks at me and said I will try but I can only get 8 into a value bag. I replied sir that is not true I travel alot and always go to BK this is the first time this has ever happened. He then responds I can try but that's all you are going to get..... first impressions are everything and I will not be using 803 South Highway 53 anymore. That's ridiculous. He could have atleast apologized and tried to make it right, instead of trying to argue with other customers present as well.
The food from this restaurant was phenomenal. However, the man working at the drive-thru was persistently asking if we wanted crown hats. We were a car full of young adults and told him 3 times we didn 't want any, to which he replied my manager makes me ask. Okay? We said no. Awkward experience. Otherwise, a great meal.
I ordered onion rings that were soft and unappetizing. When I went back to address the issue, the staff member told me they were supposed to be that way, and then she closed the door in my face. It was quite rude.

I visited the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman at the window. He was quick, polite, and seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job. The food industry definitely needs more people like him!

The drive thru board was broken, so ordering was extremely slow. We ended up just leaving.
