I waited a long time for my order of a burger at the window. There were two women working, one of them took my bag and placed it back on the shelf. Finally, the other woman took it and handed it to me. When I asked why the first woman didn't give it to me, she explained that it wasn't my order. I then realized it must have been mine. I then asked the blonde woman to add mayo to my burger, but she misunderstood and put it on top instead of inside. When I questioned her about it, she seemed uninterested. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
It was slow at the drive thru, when I got to the window there was one guy working by himself. As busy as he was he was friendly. The food was hot, exactly like I ordered it!!I know there is a labor shortage but wow, that guy was there doing what he could to help, MY HAT GOES OFF THE HIM!I normally don't tip at the drive thru but I did him. My order was $5, I tipped him $20. Just my way of saying Thank You
The staff at this restaurant are dedicated and passionate about their work. The atmosphere is extremely clean and the food was delicious. Under new management, they are making great improvements to the establishment. Like many places, they are short-staffed but still provide excellent and friendly service.
I asked for a Bacon King and do you see bacon on my burger? NOPE! I guess Im lucky I got onions and a soft bread . I posted that bad review a while ago, lately they have been much better, their burgers have tasted very fresh. They havent messed up an order in months. Good for them!

I have noticed a significant improvement in this restaurant! The burgers and fries are always fresh. The staff is friendly and quick to greet and acknowledge us when we wait. The drive-thru service is fast. I will definitely be returning!
We ordered two Large Cheeseburger Meals, but instead received two small cheeseburgers or junior burgers from the $1 menu, along with four small orders of fries. The large drinks that were supposed to come with the meal were included.
items are always missing when ordered from this location not sure if the people just dont read order or dont care but very displeasing when you oder something and never receive what you want.
I would have given 5 stars if my fries didn't taste like they had been sitting for a while because my delivery was quick. Other than that, everything else was great.

burgers were good and hot, pommes were amazing, and the dame in the window was so nice and helpful. will definitely go back!
The entire order was the wrong size and my fries were missing, shaking my head. And for the price I paid.
