Waited 30 mins for our order of 4 sandwiches because they gave our food away while standing and waiting for it. We saw the bag with the sharpie number of our order get handed to the wrong person and no one even said sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. We had our two kids with us and cat in the car and this was extremely inconvenient. None of the employees communicate with each other. Plus when we got our food, we asked for a plain burger, it had everything on it and we had to go back in and wait another ten minutes.
I spent almost $15 to upgrade my combo meal in order to get a Large fry included. However, when I received my order, the Large fry was only half-filled. I even asked the worker if this was really a Large fry, but she didn't seem to care. It's disappointing that the restaurant would charge extra for a larger size and not provide the full amount. It would be better to properly train the staff or stop overcharging customers.
I ordered an 8-piece meal with a large fry and drink, as well as a 4-piece meal with a large drink at this restaurant. However, I received a large drink, small fry, 4-piece meal, and 5-piece meal instead. The staff member who served us on December 23rd, 2022 at 6:30 pm was rude and disrespectful. It seems she was not paying attention, did not care, and couldn't even count properly, even after we pointed out the mistake.

Upon receiving my meal, I literally take the fries out of the bag, hold them up, and ask the essential worker that filled my order, This, is a large fry ? She could 've cared less. Immediately, she responded Yup . Why don 't you train your people? Or, better yet, just quit ripping us off.

As a truck driver, I frequent this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. I usually arrive around 9 to 9:30pm, but today I was surprised to find out they now close at 9 according to an older employee. I highly doubt this is true and believe they closed early because they wanted to leave work sooner. It is important for someone to hold them accountable for their early closing times.
Spend over 20 minutes waiting in line to place an order while the cashier keeps walking off with several people waiting in line… Place looks like it has enough staff to make it work properly but their poor customer service guarantees I will never stop here again.
They closed down the dinning room at 5pm and made us leave. Newer building with young people who shouldn't be running a restaurant with no obvious supervision ?
I ordered a meal with a milk shake and I thought I going to die! An hour later I was so sick to my stomach. I don't trust any place that sells shakes on I40.

If you don't have 1 hour to get served don't bother go elsewhere .
