Just left the drive thru. Here lately majority of the fast food restaurant we have been ordering from have missed giving us our food, so we checked our order these older ghetto black lady came too the window and started to point her finger telling us too move out car up. Then she said hurry up we are on a time limit! Will never go back to the location. These manager need to think about who they hire. Majority of the workers are hateful and unfriendly individuals. Don 't like your job go fund another one!!
No stars.. It's really sad to see Brentwood Plaza go to the dumps. Went to drive thru, the car ahead of us didn't order anything because they were told to wait. They left, so I pulled forward to order. No response after sitting for awhile. Defeats the purpose of being fast food. Employees were standing outside in the back, so I left. I don't recommend this location, go to the one on the corner of Goodman Ave and Galbraith rd.
I went to Burger King to get a number 4 meal on a Tuesday at around 1:30 in the afternoon. The experience was fantastic! My food was hot and fresh, and the lady at the window provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant. I was impressed with this particular Burger King, as most others are not as great.
We didn't have to wait in line to order for dining in, and the wait for our food to be ready was reasonable. The staff member who took our order was polite and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly and the fries were extremely fresh and crunchy. The dining space was well-maintained and clean.

We were served cold sandwiches and hot fries at this restaurant. It seemed like the sandwiches were pre-made and they cannot pre-make sandwiches that should be served hot. This has happened at multiple Burger King locations. However, at least the second group of burgers was hot.
through the drive thru and ordered a whooper meal. burger king gave us a cold sandwich. drove back through the window drive thru, the cash was nice, she gave us a fresh hot sandwich. Thank you. Please stop giving cold sandwiches that you want to eat a cold sandwich. food: 2/5
Food was ok..they wouldn't give me any packets of condiments they said they were out of all of them. There was no one in line in front of me but it took 10 minutes to get my food and I only ordered a whopper and fries. The cashier wasn't friendly at all.

Wow, when I specifically asked for no mayo on my burger with lettuce and pickles, I still didn't receive my milkshake or cookies. I'm really disappointed. I won't be returning. Hopefully they can improve their service in the future.
It would be nice to be told you didn’t have syrup BEFORE you order and pay for French toast sticks. And then we are told we can’t get a refund because it will make her drawer short. ??!! Skip this place.
