Usually this is my favorite place to go, they are friendly and have great food. today was not one of those days. I'm not sure when the girl worked, it was by itself to run the dinge, but a lot was a miss. we were there at 5-5:20 and there was a car at the window in front of me, but that was for ppl at the time when we tried to order, they did not ask what we wanted to drink, or what size, or any sauces. everything she said was all but very rude, when we were an inconvenience. So we come into the window and she sniffs my card, leads her and there is no entry back and before we can tell everything she ran on the back. I opened my sandwich and it was thick and heavy. I asked for no wobble that...
I’ve noticed that many restaurants are understaffed, and it seems that some employees take their frustration out on customers. My family visited on a Tuesday night, and the server who attended to us was quite loud in expressing his annoyance, making it clear that we were an inconvenience. He was rather rude and informed us that it would take a long time to be served because he needed to clean the lobby and handle other tasks first. While I understand that he may have been frustrated, it’s important to remember that customers deserve better treatment. We won't be returning, but I appreciate the opportunity to teach my children how not to behave in customer service.
Highly disappointing!!! As a bus driver for Shelby Public schools we chose to come to your restaurant tonight because the sign on the road said clearly the lobby was open for business and when the kids went to order the waiter told them they would have to take their meals out on the curb or to the bus to eat because they were not aloud to stay in the restaurant which had 2 other people inside dining. He also was quick to share that they did not have meals or discounts for bus drivers. We left! Thank God for Culver's next door who were extremely accommodating and very friendly!!
Please read them to find out why I gave them 5 stars.1 that find the number of employees to prepare for the level is difficult for each company.2 there are tourist/seasonal companies that workers with higher pay for a short time.3 this location has some employees who hold at bk. 4 I eat here often and have never heard that they complain. Even before the karens, who run around like insulting and insulting strangers, is ok.5 These workers work hard and do their best and I will always speak and reward that. 5 stars.

Everytime we come in to this place the staff are unfriendly. They do not greet you much less smile. This fellow had a black mask and sunglasses on and a billed cap!. He doesn't look up and when my hubby went back to the counter to get the syrup that wasn't included in his breakfast the fellow ignored him. Management needs to train them better. They were not busy.
Stopped 9nnthe way home from up north SundayJune 26.a guy in a 3 piece suite was working the drive thru. Got a fish sandwich and got back on the freeway.fries were nice and hot.fish was not even warm.it had obviously been sitting a long long time after cooking not edible.very disappointed. Wasted my money.
The food was disappointing. It had a stale taste, and the fries were cold and greasy, as if they had been left out for a long time. The chicken fries were not only cold but also had a rubbery texture. I won’t be returning; it was a complete waste of money.
stopped in for lunch and it was the worse. Buns on our whoppers taste old and literally were falling apart. How old are the buns they use? Asked for no ketchup, no mayo and it came with both. Food was definitely not worth what it was paid for.

My grandson was feeling tired and cranky, but Bianca really turned things around. She was very sweet, and by the time we left, my grandson had a big smile on his face! Thank you to the Burger King staff in Whitehall. #BIANCArocks!
