I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Italian chicken sandwich and 8 mozzarella sticks. Instead, I was given 8 chicken nuggets. When I pointed it out, the staff looked at me as if I had two dozen heads. After they finally corrected the order, I specifically asked if they had given me the Italian chicken sandwich, and they assured me they did. However, when I got home, I realized they had actually given me a grilled chicken sandwich instead.
There's someone new in charge, and it's a disappointment! The fries and onion rings were dry and cold as if they had been sitting around for a while. Unless you order something fresh that they have to prepare, it's just not worth it. I've been a customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I also tried Bohemia Burger King, and it was no better. I suppose I’ll be sticking to McDonald's or Wendy's from now on.
I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about the Blue Point Burger King. The food is consistently hot and fresh, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I visit every morning for breakfast and almost every day for lunch, and I've never had a negative experience. I also want to mention that Jessica is an excellent manager who goes above and beyond for her customers!
I still prefer Burger King's burgers over McDonald's, so I stop by here every now and then. It's usually not too crowded. I recommend ordering online and using the drive-thru to pick up your order if there's no wait. It's super convenient, and there might also be online-only coupons available. Book a table now
Been eating here for a while. Unfortunately tonight will be the last night. Rude and just nasty people, food not cooked well, etc. This place has lost my business. Every one of my colleagues, friends, and family will know not eat here again. Stay away and eat elsewhere.
One thing that I hate about this store is the manager that works in morning I see that she yells at the cashiers they should put a stop to it
If you plan on eating here it best to ask what they have instead of ordering off the menu. Location always got issues.
