I eventually had to return to the counter because my burger came with two slices of cheese. After a brief argument with Damien, I asked for a refund. I believe that employees in the hospitality industry should be more attentive and accommodating rather than assuming customers will read all the signs posted. Whatever happened to the idea that the customer is always right and to having it your way at Burger King? I certainly have no desire to return to this location anytime soon.

It's a fast food place that serves impossible burger. A quick bit when on the road. Dietary restrictions: The vegan impossible burger although I wonder if the impossible whopper is truly vegan. Not that great. The nuggets and the Impossible Whopper were pretty good, but the Sprite was terribly weak, almost like it had been diluted with water, and the fries weren’t hot and they were chewy and tough. Half of the ingredients from my whopper were missing. They forgot our sauces with the drive thru. Wrong kids meal ingredients. This place seems to have problems training their employees properly or they can't manage the place with restocking. The staff really needs to be reassessed. Waiting 25 minutes for a burger? That’s not what I expect from a fast food restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
