I witnessed an employee mopping the floors with dirty water, which only spread the grime around. This was right near the area where we place our orders and pick up our food. No one wants to risk slipping while trying to order. My fries were lukewarm, while the Whopper was decent. However, I didn't feel comfortable going back inside to complain about the cold fries because I was concerned about slipping on the dirty floor. It's quite disgusting. I definitely won’t be returning.
If I can give these a 0 star I would! ,?I ordered in drive thru,I paid 45$ for my order !The soda was hot they had no ice,I had ordered chicken fries so I asked for barbeque and they said they didn't have any! Also I paid for 3 orders of chicken fries 12 pc and they only put 10 !None of them was complete! Unbelievable! Also they did my burger wrong! Very Disappointed!
if i could give 0 stars i would. Food was cold, wait was long, and they didn’t even get the order right. i ordered a burger with double patties and lettuce and tomatoes and all they gave me was a cold burger with one pattie. Horrible service DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Did door dash, fries raw and cold, burgers cold and forgot my dessert which I bet would have been warm since my food was cold. Can not make any modified options so I had to have ketchup. I will not be doing BK atleast in doordash.

Gave me a sandwich with dark lettuce. If I’m paying $10+ for a meal I’m expecting it to be fresh. Also their freeze machine is never working. Only thing good about this place is that the service is quick.
