I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, particularly with one of the staff members who works on Tuesday nights around 10:45 PM. I found her to be incredibly disrespectful, which is very surprising for a fast food establishment. When I specifically requested that my order not have ranch dressing on it, I received a rude response rather than a simple acknowledgment of my request. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. The overall experience was frustrating, and I believe improvements need to be made. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
I honestly wonder where the manager was during my visit. I ordered four Whopper meals and two kids’ combos, and even though I live just four minutes away, the fries were hot while three of the sandwiches were cold and one was missing altogether. When I went back to address the issue, I found the staff joking and laughing through the intercom. This place needs better management. My wife had warned me not to order from here, and now I see why. From now on, it's McDonald's for us; I really feel like my money was wasted.
I went through the drive through and ordered a double whopper, when I got home and opened it I had a single whopper loaded with catchup and mayonnaise to where it was dripping out of the burger. Do NOT use this Burger King. Long long waits, ignorant staff. Don 't fall into the trap if you use the drive-thru. You wait in line, order, then pay just to have to sit and park and wait some more. I waited 15 minutes at the Nanticoke Burger King for my cold food. The service was terrible, especially considering there was no one else in line. They need to hire a manager who can help the staff do their job properly and efficiently. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2 and the service a 1.
Ask for a large fry, majority of the “fries” were onion rings. Cold and stale smh lmao ridiculous. You guys could have literally just stated you did not have any fries left to sale, and I would have ordered something else. Waste of 9 dollars. Food: 1 Service: 2
Every time I go through the drive through the order is wrong. Today I ordered two large coffees one black and one with creamer and sugar. Both had creamer and no sugar. Food: 1 Service: 2
