30min waiting at 3pm for 2 adult menus and 1 child menu...no towels, no spoons, incomplete menu. The staff is overwhelmed and does not even respond to requests. Not a manager in the shop. If you don't have the staff to serve, don't open. I haven't been here for years. I think it'll be the last time.
