Came here for a quick meal on the way to a comedy show. Unfortunately, this cannot be described as fast food we ordered standard menu items which took more than ten minutes to arrive, the staff clearly more concerned with fulfilling drive through and deliveroo/just eat orders., regardless of the growing queues in the restaurant. The best thing that can be said about the food is that it was hot the fries weren't salted and I overheard a staff member tell another customer that they didn't have any salt. We struggled to find a table that was clean and were unable to use the toilet facilities as a receipt wasn't provided and we couldn't be bothered to queue at the counter again. Many other fast...
I am really disappointed with this place ordering through just eat and half the order was missing. The delivery driver left the bag on the doorstep and ran away once I opened the door. So either the delivery driver stole the food I ordered or its the incompanctance of the staff that don't do there job properly and had not provided the food that I paid a lot of money for. I Phoned the store and the girl on the phone was extremely rude and would not provide any help at all and said call just eat. I have phoned Burger King Newport Road , cardiff many times about my complaint and they refuse to pick up the phone. Myself , family and friends will never eat from here again. Shame on you !
I have never seen so many miserable people working in one place. The service was slow, the person working on drive thru had no customer service skills and was just plain rude. No interaction from the server and clearly no organisation at all. Someone seriously needs to do something not only for the mental well-being of the people who work there, but to also seriously improve the service otherwise you will never have any customers.
You teens on service counter inside November 17th 2021 at 1937hrs at Newport Road restaurant. Rude service before I could finish taking my order I kept getting “anything else!” Interrupting me! Woman with dark hair gave wrong order and said I was lying about my order and stated she never took my order even though she had a headset on and had watched her take previous orders with the same rude tone while we waited 15 mins to get our order! Needs to be sacked I think…
Ths attitude we received from the staff in this place was disgusting. Have never met such rude people, especially in front of my 2 young children. The girl serving on the window today at approx half 12 with dirty blond hair and a dirty attitude with no manners what so ever needs to look for a job that does not have to come in contact with people. Discusting in every way!
The drive through was busy but there was outstanding customer service, staff were apologetic for delays and really professional. It was appreciated so much after having to leave McDonald’s for disgraceful, rude customer service. Burger kind has the customer service on point.
This is the slowest ‘fast’ food I have ever visited. It took 20 minutes to get a coke despite there being only two customers in store. The staff were unfriendly and quite condescending. I will never visit here again.

Avoid this Burger King, Staff are always rude, its really slow always waiting 20-30 mins for food, and you see Uber/delivery drivers sat waiting well over 30-40 mins
Outstanding communication with the staff verify helpful and great food. Also the place was clean and very hygienic.
