I was dissatisfied with my delivery ordering the same morning for a fixed hour because I had an appointment. there was a delay of more than 45 min, moreover I mentioned the door code. The delivery man didn't have it and it was cold.

delivery well beyond the announced deadline (1h10 after order, with intermediate deliveries) with warm/cold meals at reception. bad gps management with problem finding our apartment (telephone guide has been required)
I had ordered a duo bacon cheddar single beef but I had the surprise to have received a random sandwich. Very disappointed!
