Experience: I'd say this was a four star experience with a three start burger. I've driven BurgerFi place many times and finally tried it today! I like that the burgers here are all natural. The bacon was crispy on my bacon Burgerfi burger. The price is closer to a Shake Shack burger than actual fast food. I like that they have healthier options here. My friend is on a keto diet and was able to order a lettuce bun in place of a bread bun. The onion rings were huge and flavorful, but a bit too greasy. We both ordered single burgers and even received complimentary fries thanks to the app! The burgers were delicious, and the fries were excellent as well. The staff made sure that everything was satisfactory during our meal. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, and there was ample parking available. We will definitely be back!
The burgers look great and taste fresh, at least every time I've ordered one. It's the sauce they use that really elevates the flavor. Most of the menu caters to vegans, though I've never tried the vegan burger myself since it's not my preference. However, they do have excellent fries, and the shakes are creamy and very satisfying.
A friend of mine told me about BurgerFi; I was a bit hesitant because I don’t eat beef. However their veggie burgers are to live for! Especially wrapped in lettuce. The fries onion rings taste fresh every time, unlike some places where they only change the grease on Thursday’s for the weekend rush. The staff is always friendly.

I was quite disappointed during my visit again. The restaurant was understaffed and not very well maintained, especially for a lunchtime crowd. While the burgers are excellent and the lunch special for $9.97 is a great deal, the sticky floors and broken soda machine really detracted from the overall experience.
Best Burger spot in the area. Food was amazing. The staff was really nice to my baby daughter and I. Solid beer recommendation and they even check on you like full service spots. Special thanks to Eric who ran to the parking lot to bring my daughter her stuffed elephant she forgot on the chair.
There was ample parking available. The restaurant had a spacious, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely patient, friendly, and kind. They also offered vegan options. The burgers were fantastic, and the fries were among the best we've had, especially for a chain restaurant.
I was very pleased with the Beyond Burger patty here. The hand-cut fries are delicious as well, and the service is quick. It would be even better if they offered vegan cheese.
