I ordered a 20-piece mixed family meal for two adults, four teenagers, and a toddler. Unfortunately, the chicken was not fresh and seemed to have been kept under a warmer for quite a while. I also ordered rolls as a side without realizing they were included with the meal, and both dozen were stale and hard—totally inedible.
Do not waste your time or money at the Pleasanton location. Service was super slow for dine in. Food wasn't up to par. Missing items, wrong order, had to ask for our drinks silverware. No condiments or napkins. Food tasted old was barely warm at best.
Alex did an outstanding job! I'm not sure if Alex is the manager, but they handled the busy drive-thru like a true professional—running the register, giving refills, answering coworkers' questions, all while keeping up with a very hectic location!
The staff was friendly, and our chicken came out promptly. We ordered the 4-piece meal, which was served hot and tasted excellent. I especially loved the house hot sauce—it was delicious. The restaurant was also very clean. Book a table now
I paid for 15 pieces of chicken and only got 10. The box was full of dried out rolls. The chicken itself had burned pieces. Worst meal that I have ever gotten from this place. I won't go back again.
So dissapointed with food. Always enjoyed eating there. But not this time. Fries were burnt, baked chicken under cooked and rolls not the same. Spent almost 40.00 for 3 people. Not going back.
What a wonderful meal! It was very satisfying. If you're not a fan of strong buffalo flavors, I recommend asking for extra ranch to balance it out or requesting less buffalo sauce!

The chicken was a bit oily, and the mac and cheese was not very tasty. On the other hand, the potatoes, coleslaw, corn nuggets, and rolls were all outstanding.
