We tried a groupon for the first time today to try something new and we were not disappointed! 1 star (which is really only half a star) just because hubby didn't get enough potatoes (although I'm sure we asked more) and my hash brows lubricated like bacon and were too fat for my pleasure (although some people really like it). More like a 4.5 star rating here. Omelettes were egg-celled and there was more than enough food else. We added a pancake to share our order and that was also great. OMG I don't know where to start..... The customer service is AWESOME....the owner greeted us as we were walking by and tried to offer us a place to sit down and eat. Unfortunately, I had made reservations at the horrible place around the corner. After I left the horrible place (still hungry bc I sent the food back) I stoppped by DINER BY THE SEAS. I told them about my experience and were nice and welcoming so we didnt get more traumatized. I ordered the croissant sandwich....OMG that was a lot of food! Cheryl, Robert, and Michael Head Chef were amazing. What great service and was greeted with a smile from our server Robert. Cheryl served us really good coffee. I love the Cheese Hamburger and the Ruben with fries. .icheal Head Chef cooked my meal to perfection. It was delicious and very well presented. I love this little blessing in the heart of town. Must try the home made soups.
