I typically enjoy visiting this restaurant, but today was different. I didn't really interact with the man working, but it was clear he was having a tough day. His demeanor, along with the way he slammed things and sighed, spoke volumes. I completely understand that everyone has bad days; after all, I have a job too. However, I wish he had managed his frustration better. As someone who considers themselves understanding and patient, I couldn't help but feel like I was somehow to blame for his attitude.
I usually have a nice experience coming to this store but I went in today didn?t really talk to the man working, but the guy was obviously having a bad day and I could tell by his attitude and how he went around slamming things and sighing. Being that Ialso have a job, I understand completely that sometimes people have bad days; I just wish he would?ve handled it better. LikeI?ve said, I?m an understanding person and totally patient but with his attitude, I felt like it was my fault.
I visited the Byrne Dairy in Cicero to buy the half moons advertised at $1.00. I picked up three, but when I got to the register, I was charged $1.59 each. After checking with two employees, I was informed that the half moons were no longer $1.00. I decided not to buy them, but instead of selling me the three in the bag for the price I expected, they just threw them in the trash. That’s a really poor business decision!
I went to the Byrne Dairy in Cicero to get the 1.00 half moons. I bought 3 and was charged 1.59 each at register and then informed after checking with 2 employees they were no longer 1.00. I told them I did not want them. They then proceeded to throwthem in the trash instead of selling the 3 in the bag to me for what I thought was 1.00each. That makes good business sense!!

Byrne Dairy is way better than Little Caesars! It’s definitely one of the best affordable pizza spots around. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and mushrooms, and it was outstanding! Great pizza at a fantastic price. The delivery was right on time, so don’t hesitate—try it out! You won’t regret it!
Our Byrne Dairy is outstanding! The friendly staff and management make us want to return time and again. The store is well-stocked with a great variety of products. It’s much more than just a regular gas station. I highly recommend trying their delicious chocolate milk!
Eva is one of the nicest workers I've ever encountered. She is so nice and friendly and she helps me with anything I need, this is the closest byrne in my area so i'm a frequent customer and I'm happy every time she's there when I go in for a steamy fresh glazed donut.

I can’t remember the name of the guy, but he really came through for us and made us some pizza at 4 AM. My friends and I truly appreciated it, and he definitely deserves a raise. Thanks again for being so accommodating in the morning! 8/9/2020
Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean bathrooms. The gas prices were the best in the area.
