This café is nearby, but I rarely go there as the wifi is on - off - on - off. Not sure how many times I've had to ask them to reboot it. I usually go to cafes to use the internet and do some work, however I stopped going to 2204 due to the lack of indifference. Also, the coffee served is luke warm and every time needs to be sent back. I ask each time specifically - I'd like a really hot coffee as it makes my tummy feel upset if it's not. I don't care for the 'adage' of 'oh but we'll burn the milk' - for my liking there's other cafes out there who can do it for me and that's the reason I return to them. The coffee is smooth and mild. Normally, I prefer a robust coffee, because there was my two coffee test, and I ordered a second Piccolo. Grief

I had the baked Huevos Rancheros. Really delicious and a decent amount of tortilla to spread the baked goodness. Grief

The staff were lovely and hospitable, the food served promptly and a nice atmosphere however the food was disappointing. I ordered a wrap which was mostly lettuce and drowned in sauce. The few bits of chicken that were included were overcooked and dry. Two others on my table did not receive bacon within their ordered meal and overall comments were that the taste was bland.
If the food was improved this would be a great place to call my local.
This review only needs to be short. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a really good (quick and informal) cafe meal.The cafe has the feel of Darlinghurst or Surry Hills. Menu is solid, service is okay and position on Addison Road is great (hidden amongst other stores).Very good cafe meal in Marrickville (and the competition is stiff).

Cosy warm cafe with character! Has a quiet little garden courtyard at the rear outside. We used that an found it perfect for catching up with friends. The food was great. Juice smoothie's were generous. Would go back for sure.
WOW! What an amazing cafe who aren't stingy with their servings. We ordered the healthy hazard and chicken burger and our fungry stomachs were satisfied. The fresh juices are also a must!
Staffs are all friendly, Nice fresh food and coffee was really good.Change some menus weekly I think, good too.
