After our lunch at Hosokawa we walked next door to Milani to see the gelateria CLOSED! Fortunately, Cafe 63 is just a dozen paces away and as our cheery waitress takes us to our table we order our coffees.
Five minutes later our coffees arrive. My double shot Latte looks rich with flavour and my first sip is simply wonderful. The Latte is served hot and is robust with flavour. This is one of my best cups of coffee in 2017. Even without my usual half teaspoon of sugar this Latte is superb.

Dom an Italian is admittedly a coffee snob. He agrees his Double Espresso is good but was unhappy about the tiny serving. He finished his Espresso in two sips before I can take a photo....
Great food. Good value. Fast. My 8 6 yo and i had just arrived on the ferry and scooter from Southbank. We sat and we're given water bottles within 2 min. Awesome. We were thirsty. We ordered 2 x the South Island fish and chips on the specials menu for $15. I was about to order more when the waiter said that should be plenty. Within 10 min the meal arrived as you see in the pic. 4 bits of great battered fish. Nice and crispy. And enough thin french fries for problem 4 healthy people (who don't eat like pigs .
Good tasting cafe food beverages a lot of variety on their menu. We got the Kayla French toast Eggs Benedict. Eggs Benedict was much smaller than other places we've had (eg. Compared to Coffee Club) ...so that dish wasn't worth the $16 we wouldn't recommend ...the French toast was a good size for $6 would definitely recommend if you wanted something sweet. Nice location to socialise walk around after having a meal. Still some street parking available if you get in early (before 8am) on a Saturday.
Nice restaurant and location, you can get varieties of flavours, tropical smoothies and decent coffee. It’s pretty convenient considering the location and good quality food. The staff is friendly and really fast services. This is also a dog friendly zone, so you can expect lot of lovely pets everywhere, we really love the little Christmas details from the napkins to little candies, good job!

Maybe it was the first time I tried soy latte in Brisbane, it just tasted totally different from all the soy latte I had in Sydney...the froth got a very strange taste and the coffee also tasted weird, not sure if it was due to different soy milk used.
Myself and various family members have eaten at this Cafe 63 on four or five occasions and all have been very impressed with the brilliant value and service.
Cannot get enough.
This place is just right! Great food, great prices, friendly service and pleasant ambience.. oh AND they don't mind if your Fido joins you ..I'll be back!
As usual, the quality of the food is exceptional. The price is amazing. No complaints about these guys, if I ever come across one, ill happily eat there.

Lunch - ashes - Salmon. Overcooked salmon and unseasoned. Chips were flavorless and unseasoned. Onion rings were bland and sauce was very sweet.
