The food was good. Good portions, reasonably priced and brought out promptly.
Customer service however was abhorrent. When the waitress stands at the table and categorically states "well that's not my fault" and without listening or thinking the situation through, starts to blame people at the table, then goes to her manager and complains about the guests, while in ear shot. This over reaction , over a trivial service issue, was not warranted and made the experience a poor one.
Totally avoidable. Unfortunate really, simple training around customer interaction is needed here.
Ordered two breakfasts - One poached eggs with toast and salmon and other poached eggs with toast and bacon/mushrooms.
Both horrendous - The pricing isnt bad really - $30-35 for both.
But the simple things can't be done right. The poached eggs were completely rock hard - Basics like that, Its not difficult to poach an egg properly.
Mushrooms cold, Bacon cold.
I mean, The toast was cooked correctly? Thats why they get 1 point at least.
Will not be going back.
For the first time, we came here for coffee and post Christmas/New Year chat with our relatives. The atmosphere was superb and the service was excellent. Even though it was full of patrons, it was not as noisy as we might have expected. The icing on the cake was being served once again by Marissa, whom we knew from another Cafe of long standing!
Had such an amazing time here tonight. Service was quick and great. Two of us got the sliders and I think they were one of the best tasting sliders. The rest got their food quick and everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a bit loud, but that's what you get going on a Saturday night.

We have been to Brunelli before and its always been very good but not last night! Garlic Bread/pizza under cooked, Fungi Risotto too salty and other meal very bland. Disappointing!
Rude staff and absolutely disgusting food. For some reason I always give this place another chance and always regret it. Never had a good experience here, will NOT be returning!
