Update 2022They really improved things. The Caribbean chicken is still good but they're using smaller pieces then they used to. The rice with pigeon peas is excellent. Service is a lot better. The beef stew is soft now but it doesn't have a lot of vinegar like carribean food usually does.update 9/2019My last 3 delivery experiences were terrible. I received plaintain raw still part pink inside, i eat green Banana (guinero) often this times it seems like it was slow cool boiled not water. I requested garlic for the tostones when I recieved my delivery I was told I had to pay $1 for that. Why not just charge it as a side. Plus I only needed 1 which would have been .50 cents. the meat was excell...
Customers Be Ware...I was at restaurant on 6/8/22, while food was great and service but a little pricey. What was disturbing is when I got the bill I signed and the amount was $127.93. I explained I will give waitress the tips in cash, which they agreed. After signing the original bill and then they take my corporate credit card and my bill is a whopping $154.61, and I explained needed my original slip but instead the slip they gave me was for $154.61. When I get to my car I noticed that they charged me $3.99 service charge on my corporate card and I also noticed they also charged me 18% tips on my card in which I gave watress $23 in cash as a tip. I called and talked to them but it was usel...
The food was enjoyable, but the service could use some improvement. The waitress seemed inexperienced in handling customers, as she didn't ask about drinks and walked away after taking our food order. While the food arrived promptly, we had to remind her about our drinks. One issue was that the tip was automatically added to the bill, which could lead to unintentionally tipping twice. Customers should be able to decide on the tip based on the quality of service received, rather than feeling obligated to tip regardless of satisfaction.
0 stars, worst place ever. Order something that is clearly on the menu, they gave me the menu and it was there, waiter, which was VERY rude said they didn’t serve that, told her it was on the menu and showed her. She gave me attitude and walked away. Later on she came over and asked if we wanted the rest of our food to go, mind you we were in the middle of eating…. Why are we being rushed ? And what’s with the attitude DO NOT RECOMMEND

the service is bad. the dame that served me the food, fell the aluminum plate on the floor and then took it up again and served it to eat. that is the highest degree of respect and bad customer service. I've never seen this happen anywhere. they do not use anything that already touches the floor, let alone to serve customers who come to eat in their restaurant. that was my first and will buy my last meal from this restaurant.
This was the worst service I ever had.I’m not coming back to this place. The waitress was so mad because I was asking some questions about the dishes. And she dropped our food at the table never come back to ask how we were doing and she just came back to ask us if we wanted the check. And she was unpleasant throughout out meal. Just horrible service through and through and didn’t deserve the 18% tip they were charging for!

The service at this restaurant is outstanding, preserving traditional cultural dishes. The portion sizes are generous and delicious. It's a wonderful spot to bring either your family or for a romantic date night.
