a couple steps away is a craftsmanship like we don't do anymore. from where I was going out after I put a chair to get straight and a table to get rid of. brief. I'm not sure if I'm gonna tell you this nice little place. a lot. a province in the right direction of the term: a terrace that you can imagine pleasant to the beautiful days, a bar, a restaurant room. the place breathes simplicity and the dish of the day ;) I'm thinking that when I get back to pick up what I've deposited with our blacksmith friends, I'll have lunch there. which act. exactly what I expected: a copied and tasted antagon with good fries and a salad. all for sixteen euros and some with drink and coffee. the place actua...
For me its an essential cafe that I have to visit whenever I am in Paris. The food choice is very simple but the taste is fantastic. Especialky the assiette de st germain ( sandwich with roast beef). But you can also try assiette de normandique. During the lunchtime there is quite a lot of queue for this cosy little cafe. But don't give up and wait till you are seated. Takes upmost 15-20 minutes. It will worth for the trouble.
you have to enjoy the coffee of the red cross during the beautiful spring or summer days and eat on the terrace in the shade of trees. family but of good quality.
