We dined here twice on our break in Interlaken and the food and service were good. Would have dined a third time , but the front of house guy that was there on the previous occasions and the staff that we're filling in were no good. Put us at an inside table when we had booked and requested outside 10 minutes to get menus, not asked if we wanted a drink and then returned 15 minutes later to take our order announcing " I'm ready now"At this point we got up and left. You need consistency in front of house.
Vi var kommet noget sent retur til Interlaken og var godt sulten. Det skulle jo ikke være den samme restaurant som den foregående dag, så en ny skulle findes. Her på Cafe de Paris var der en del gæster så mon det var godt her? Jo fik hurtigt et bord og et menu kort med et godt udvalg - vi valgte Röstti med kalv samt en lokal vin begge valg må siges at være gode. Vin samt maden kom hurtigt og var meget flot anrettet. Meget venlig og opmærksom betjening. Kan fint besøges mere end engang.
the service was perfectly sufficient. the food left much to wish. most food prefabricated. hamburger patty (prefabricated similar to mcdonald), french (prefabricated), salad was fresh and good. chicken bugs prefabricated. the menu in English has not explained quite different ingredients on salat or burger. Lachs...was the best to be sure
Da das Lokal direkt am Marktplatz liegt ist die Terrasse immer gut besetzt und demensprechen hektisch. Das Essen schmeckt allerdings hervorragend und die Bedienung ist auch nett. Ich finde aber das Ox, das direkt daneben liegt, noch einen Tick besser.

We had a good nice dinner at Cafe de Paris. It is very well located in the center of Interlaken. The menu offers some chef specialities. We had chicken and entrecots of the chef both were very good. Nice house wine. Service was friendly...and fast.
Wenn scharf wirklich scharf ist (war so bestellt, extra-Scharf)! Garnelen mit Knoblauch und Spaghetti – eine meiner Lieblingskombinationen, und die haben sie perfekt hinbekommen! Dazu noch guter Service, und schon hat man einen Gewinner!
Tolle Qualität Fleisch, das Tartar war genau richtig, ich hatte es scharf gewünscht und war es super lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Very convenient to our hotel. Always had a table available without reservations. We enjoyed drinks appetizers here only.
