We were taken here by our lovely gite hosts M and Mme Stauffer, who know all the best addresses in the Val de Ville! The Cafe du Chasseur is at the top of the village, which has an interesting patrimony...most of its old houses are still standing and the cafe displays fascinating photos of the village today and a hundred years ago. nothing to do with a classic restaurant, let's say a meal at the living room. do not look for the map, only the flambée house pie. Don't be in a hurry, a pie at once, but cooked and watched with love. Not expensive at all. A great moment of simplicity and feast in a friendly setting.

We found this restaurant more or less by accident (tip for the owners: it is not on Google Maps currently), and were greeted very friendly by the owner. The traditional Flammkuchen was delicious, and more than enough for a good meal. Recommended!
