This hotel is sister hotel to Lytham St Ann's, we booked room 42, from the first time we saw it we thought wow, until Andy noticed terrace furniture broke, hole in wall behind door, bay window ledge full of scuffs, outside on terrace above patio doors damp ceiling looks as if falling in, around bay window lots of holes,if I had known so many problems I would not have paid £220 per night
excellent hotel and centrally located. very modern and crisp. really helpful, pleasant and cheerful coworkers who go this little bit extra. that was great.
