Visited Cafe Isthmus for the first time today with family and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The cafe was very busy but service was prompt. Coffee was great. I had the spring vegetable breakfast and couldn't fault it. Only one piece of toast but that was enough for me with the two poached eggs (perfectly cooked) on top of the grilled asparagus, zucchini and broccoli. We ate inside so can't comment on the view. Highly recommend Cafe Isthmus.
Had brunch with my partner, sis and brother-in-law today. Excellent coffee and the food was terrific. The menu is varied and using beautiful fresh produce. Perfect poached eggs on the spring vegetable breakfast which I ordered. They have gluten- free options and dairy free meals/drinks. The turmeric latte was very good too. This is a place to go!
Situated in an emerging high rise residential precinct this modern cafe is a delight. Friendly staff, comfortable seating and magnificent views of the river and ocean it is the perfect location for a tasty snack and a good cup of coffee. Pricing is moderate and the menu regularly changed to reflect the season.
Was nice under cover for the pooch in the rain but the coffee was bad and sent it back and it came back out a different kind of bad. The brekkie was good but small portion and the bread... there was something very strange about that bread yuck. View not great. Wld not return. Book a table now
This cafe in Perth serves some of the best coffee around! The menu is fantastic, the service is attentive and friendly, and the view is amazing. I highly recommend this spot. It's also dog-friendly, with water bowls and a comfy bed for your furry companion.
All OK at Isthmus, nothing outstanding as its a little bit pricey. The venue is nice but it can get very windy then you have to sit inside. The service is casual as is the cafe, can't say the meals have anything special about them, again fairly casual.
Just enjoyed a delightful breakfast at Cafe Isthmus. The food and coffee were top-notch, the decor was upscale, and the table service was friendly and efficient. They even provide free newspapers and WIFI. Highly recommended!

The website makes this sound like some kind of beach cafe. It isnt! The ocean is maybe a half mile away, over a freeway. The cafe is in the basement of a high rise. Not the atmosphere I was expecting :(
