After our visit to the replica cave and workshop we decided to stop here for a snack rather than head off into Montignac and try and find both a parking space and somewhere to eat. On site cafes can be somewhat tacky and lacking in basic cleanliness so we were initially hesitant but stopping here was a real joy. Not only was it clean and well priced the décor was appealing too, the food was hot and edible, the drinks hot and drinkable and the staff very pleasant. Residual food and packaging was cleared away from the tables and the whole had a nice feel to it. It put a large tick in our snack box and you couldn't ask for much more.

My wife and I had a snack here before going on the English speaking tour of the famous Lascaux cave or should I say, the copy of the original cave. The food selection on offer is ok and our order arrived at our table quite quickly after ordering. Nothing special but also nothing wrong with it.

After four hours in Lascaux IV, we were famished. The staff in the restaurant were fabulous and the waiter helped our daughter with practising her French, I couldn't fault, the food or the service, it was fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again thank you.

Bright clean cafe right outside of gift shop. Prices are excellent, very clean, very new. Great selection of coffees, alcoholic drinks as well meals.
