Cafe Markus - Table reservation

We visited Markus Cafe yesterday and I was SO impressed by the upbeat and friendly attitude of the young guy working on the counter there. Not only did he greet us enthusiastically, he genuinely engaged with every single person who walked into the shop. It was clear that many of these customers were regulars and it is easy to see why they keep coming back.As well as excellent customer service, the food was also very nice. He also gifted my kids a babycino each and a kiwifruit - so kind!If I am back in that area again, I will be sure to visit Markus cafe again. It is nothing special to look at, but the customer service was literally the best I have had in Sydney for years.

I am always pleased with the exceptional service at Cafe Markus. Today, I stopped by with my young son for a milkshake (just for him). The staff was genuinely happy to see him again and even added marshmallows to his drink, which made his day. They also surprised me with a complimentary cup of hot water with lemon. I was so touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness. I am truly impressed by the service here!

The staff is very welcoming and the food and coffee are fantastic. It's the little touches like a complimentary hot cup of lemon and honey drink that make the experience even better when enjoying my BLAT sandwich.

Great service and warm personalities, makes that coffee more enjoyable. Not far from Chatswood Westfield, yet away from the husstle and bustle.

Nice food and cafe. The price is affordable and size of food is big. The Barista makes the best Chai Latte in Chatswood.
