My daughter craved for Indian chat at 745pm and wasn't in a mood to drive all the way to western suburbs harris park Parramatta . So decided to try out thar indian restraunt. We had aloo tikki chat and papdi chat, both were sumptuous, great quality and quantity. I must say Outstanding customer experience by the staff extremely courteous and genuinity and delicious food. Definetly try this place out. If you happen to be around neutral bay. They also served papadams complementary. Icing on the cake ;
A visit to this restaurant is a must! My husband and I agree that it is the best Indian food we have ever tasted, possibly even the best in all of Sydney! We used a Cudo voucher and enjoyed dishes like mango chicken, butter chicken, garlic naan, mild tandoori plate, rice, and a delicious dessert. The flavors were authentic and delicious. The service was exceptionally speedy. We will definitely be returning soon!
Overall experience =Really nice. Food yummy but portions rather small) my vegetable corma felt a bit spicy but perhaps it depends on the region the chef comes from...butter chicken delicious. Relaxed ambience with a soft music in the background, and a complementary desert was a lovely touch. Thank you, will be back to try more of your dishes
The service at this restaurant is exceptional and the food is delicious. The staff is very welcoming and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine. As a bonus, we received a complimentary gulab jamun at the end of our meal.

Great Indian Food in Sydney at reasonable price for the portion you get. Tasty Chicken Tikka Masala (curry) well cooked egg plant with potatoes. The lady and waiters makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Love the experience, will definitely come again.
A great place to visit in Neutral bay. I would say this is the best Indian in Sydney. I heard they have one more restaurant in Orange which is having rank 1 in Trip Adviser. I am confident this place will be number 1 in no time.

Great corporate party. Enjoyed with all sorts of wines and food. Food was excellent and authentic. A place to visit must. Music was traditional and decor was excellent.
I have visited this place with my friend. We tried tandoori chicken spicy, it was superb. Great service and good taste. Highly recommend Thar indian just try once
