The restaurant automatically adds a 15% tip to the bill, which feels a bit excessive considering the service. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for the hookah to be ready, and there’s a one-drink minimum for each guest. While the prices are fair, the long wait significantly affects the overall experience. The al fahker was tasty, but the dieduzz had a very mild flavor and almost tasted like water after 15 minutes. Given these concerns, the automatic 15% tip doesn’t seem warranted based on the service we received.
Only reason why I gave 3 stars was because I appreciate them giving us fresh coals every 40 minutes. They were overpriced and it is mandatory to get a drink for every person in your party. I asked for 4 waters at the beginning and never received them. They tried to charge me for them and I was like ummm? I also got two other drinks but they still charged me for two waters there was 4 of us when I didn't even want them anymore. Good hookah though. Might consider going back.
Skao is amazing! I've eaten here multiple times, and the service is outstanding. Every visit, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well looked after. Even during busy times when I lived in the city, I never saw servers work as hard as they do here. The owner definitely deserves a raise; as a fellow business owner, it's clear he values and invests in his team. I always make a point to stop by whenever I'm in town, and I truly love the atmosphere!

I love Cafe O—everything about this place is fantastic, especially the food! It’s the best hookah spot I’ve been to, and I’ve tried quite a few. The staff are really friendly, and one time we even ran into the owner while in another city and had a great time together. Amazing people! The menu offers a great variety that keeps me coming back.
Service staff was very attentive. Stopped by monday evening for some hookah. They have 3 brands with a great assortment of flavors from Al Fakher , starbuzz and fumari . I had the fumari bowl. Try an ambrosia mix with white gummi bear. I also had blended chai latte per the recommendation of another view. Delicious. Would recommend it!
There's only two guys who cook, and they're not there all the time, so I'd call ahead and see if they have the cook if you plan on eating. They don't have many healthy options for sides. Couches are stiff and not very comfortable, lots of holes. Colby and Jeff, the guys who tend the hookah, are cool and make a good bowl though.
