Super disappointing experience. My pickup time was 7:10. On the receipt even says “promised by…” I waiting in line for almost an hour and finally received my food at 7:50. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I try to be sympathetic and understanding when things are busy, and employees are obviously doing their best. However, that was NOT the case. I walked into this place and the line was extremely long. I thought this would take forever and almost left. I decided to see if the line moved and it did. It was all because of this amazing employee named Sonja. She rocked it! She was quick and pumped out the orders without sacrificing quality. She was friendly while doing it! I almost got to the front of the line and she stopped and made tortillas. The line came to a dead halt and was extremely slow. She cranked out the tortillas. I was impressed. wesley and dakota were excellent. they make flips and tricks while they eat her, extremely good portions (we have asked for extra meat,) and constantly cleansing her work area. we visit provo, and they put every utah district location to shame. please come to the employees of provo! the best caffe rio experience we have ever had. will come back soon!
Went with a large family group and it was easy to accommodate all of us. It was very busy which is good for the local economy of course! Service was friendly and expedient. Food is consistently yummy and fresh. Will continue to patronize Cafe Rio on a regular basis
I ordered a simple tostada, my co-worker ordered a simple salad, another ordered nachos with extra guac. They got everything wrong and were skimpy on everything. I used to like this place but it has taken a nose dive. I won't be eating here again.
I always like Cafe Rio food. This is a good one and they give decent portions on the meat, rice, and beans. Lettuce is skimpy, but sure you could ask for more if you wanted it. Line goes decently fast and there's plenty of seating.

Awful service, nobody in a hurry. Attitude from the employee filling the order. Not even busy? Trash overflowing, no toilet paper on the rest room. Great experience, NOT.
The food is good and fresh, but be ready to wait. They are short staffed.
