Even when I was able to pick up my order, it was simply left on a table in the lobby, where I saw someone rummaging through another customer's order. However the location is really really run down. It's clear that the franchise owner or corporate really has neglected basic upkeep. A clearly broken table is laying in a corner in pieces, the soda machine is a total disaster with leaks, buildup on the sides, and the list goes on. I'm surprised the health department has allowed them to keep that soda machine in service. That service area is in need of some serious repairs.
