Love the ambiance of this place. When we came in it was after dinner so the place was quiet, I had taro , to be honest I've tried so many places who serve taro so I have a lot to compare to and and I would say theirs is too sweet and I didn't like the taste of the taro itself. Probably the kind that they used. But I did love the mango pearls. Both adults and kids love the bubble waffle . And the ones who got coffee said, theirs were good too. Overall fun place for a group of people who'd love to get desserts or coffee after a good meal.
I absolutely loved this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. I tried the matcha milk tea with boba, and it was delicious—not too sweet, yet full of flavor. They even allowed my dog inside, and the employees were so fond of her! They even offered her a free treat. I definitely plan to return. I highly recommend checking out this place, as the atmosphere and vibe are fantastic.
The customer service at this restaurant is very rude. While some employees are friendly, others have a really bad attitude. Being disrespectful to customers, including throwing people out for no reason, will ultimately hurt the business's profits. I wasn't causing any trouble; I simply walked in, and one staff member decided to treat me poorly for no apparent reason. It was a terrible experience overall.
I had really high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be terrible, the tapioca tasted super boiled and gooey. the coffee is watery, the “Blaubeere-Schone” was literally a piece of bread with 2-3 blueberries inside tasted like nothing. I am not looking forward to leaving bad reviews, but I must be honest.

The space is decent. I visited during a time when they were experiencing internet issues, which led to some mix-ups with the orders. The larger staff member was very kind and understanding, but the other employees were not as accommodating.

I love there bubble tea and there bubble waffles are bomb. The employees are always very nice.They are rarely out of anything. Overall I love this place
