Average and obnoxious sums up our trip here. After reading the great reviews we ventured for a family meal as a break from self catering so this was meant to be a real treat for us. On arrival it seemed like a lovely family run place and we were all super excited to enjoy our dinner together. On ordering we first asked for Patatas bravas as part of our order a fairly standard request in Spain to which the waiter checked a freezer in full view of our table in the bar and then said these weren’t available this should have been a red flag…. Used the Halley Bar twice recently. It was only a 5min walk from our apartments and was serving meals up to 11.30pm. What we had to eat was good and well priced. Drinks were decent and not too expensive either. The place was fairly busy as well. Great place for catching up with the sport on tv. Wouldn’t hesitate to eat or drink here again the next time we were in Santo Tomas.
We have visited Sant Tomas many times over the years and have eaten at most of the restaurants and hotels there. We never fail to visit Halleys to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and good, honest food. A friendly welcome is assured. I absolutely love it here. Thanks to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday eating place. Excellent value for money.

2 min walk from our apartment, we ended up coming in here everyday. Staff very friendly, food is cheap and cheerful with good sized portions, added bonus that they do takeaways until around 10.30/11pm. Seems popular with resort staff and locals. Also shows most sports
We have been staying in Santo Thomas for 11 days and have lunched here several times. My husband enjoys their Kilkenny beer and the white wine is good too. The food is very good, lovely bagettes and too many fries! Very good value.
Visited this bar on a few occasions while on holiday to watch the football! Great atmosphere, great prices and not a bad menu to be had. Service excellent and nothing too much trouble. Definitely a great little place to visit.
