Visited this spot recently with an old flame of mine from school who now lives in the area and recommended the spot for an overdue rendezvous after many years. We were served on entrance, quickly and efficiently by some youthful and charismatic employees. I ordered...a latte and my, shall we say, acquaintance chose the cortado. Back in the day it was just coffee with or without milk- not that I'm complaining! Our coffees were made quickly and efficiently but it was good job that my acquaintance had brought his cash card as they don't take cash and I'm not one for all this technological malarkey! This was when the issue arose- me and my acquaintance are not exactly whippersnappers, it has bee...

our first visit in a caffè nero we in the rule costa first was the sun sung and we sat outside. the first impressions were overdue for a refurbish, then I looked at the floor where we sat, and that was on the afternoon. And it must have been cigarette stump around our table when I looked around every table outside, had a sea of used cigarette stump and cigarette ash around them. the coffee itself was actually very nice, then I went to the herren room and again basic but unrefined facilities I get that there is a high foot traffic franchise, but there is no reinvestment in this . for me and my first visit in a caffè nero I would change from years of costa resistance, I'm sorry it is a no

I am regular customer of caffè nero and use their filials if possible. as I live in the opposite, I often use these in harrogate and cover the last few months it from one of my favorite branches to...my little charlings. the coffee etc. is good, but the service is very bad. Even if they are not excessively busy, it seems to be a waiting queue waiting to be served. in others, I am used to a certain vibration behind the counter and fast service. in this sector, however, it seems simply not to be an energy or organization, and the staff seems to be simply going through the movements. it really needs a push.

I am regularly at neros and use everywhere I am in the country. harrogate is my hometown and I have used cambridge crescent for a dae. but recently it looks and feels unclean. the wood floors are particularly dirty. in nero, there is often a smell of wet dog in the coffee shop. not the cheapest conditions to enjoy a morning coffee. also here would help a better and regular cleaning. caffè nero, please get this place back to kratzer.
