As a regular customer of Cafe Neros all over the UK, this is actually one of my favorites! Large, spacious, clean, consistent quality and always very friendly and hard-working staff! Kudos to the team! There are actually 2 different Cafe Neros at Bluewater. Some have confused them and posted photos from the other here. This one is inside House of Fraser.
The staff at this Nero truly makes it a lovely and welcoming place to visit, which is why we always come back whenever we're in Bluewater. The employees deserve a lot of praise, especially considering the rude and almost aggressive customers we encountered today; they remained gracious and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Regular size Nero coffee store inside house of Fraser. The place is tidy and clean the people are polite. The coffee is good quality. Price per cup £3.20 depends of the type of coffee. If you want to enjoy with your family , work on your laptop or have a conversation with your friends highly recommend it, the place is quiet and nice.
This restaurant inside House of Fraser is a great option, as it tends to be quieter than the main store located outside Marks & Spencer. The service is excellent, and the air conditioning is very pleasant. Book a table now
Visited on 13/01/2019 not long after the place opened and was greeted by friendly staff and more than happy with my order. The shop was clean and tidy and had plenty of places to sit. Will visit again.
We've always been fans of Caffè Nero. The coffee is excellent, and the cakes and food are delightful. The service is wonderful, with very friendly staff, and the place is always spotless.
This is my favorite coffee spot to unwind and enjoy delicious drinks. The service is outstanding, and the staff are both lovely and fantastic.
A change in their coffee beans has meant their coffee is far better, not as bitter as it used to be. Nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Book a table now
