eating was good, but it was quite cold, from some reason, instead of a summer they requested my phone number. 26 minutes later I went by and no food yet, so I went to the pick-up area showed my entrance and they said they called my phone twice and it went straight to voicemail. So he left a voicemail, I asked him to call again and I asked another employee, see them call my number in the last, he said no, and he chose my number and it was right away. then I told the guy who said he shouldn't lie, it makes worse, I'm more accepting mistakes because they're all busy or he just forget to call. he bleededing me, apologising to the other people, I still haven't got a record of the call and I never...
This location is the worst! They always forget something in pick up orders and when you call to tell them they either say you’re lying that they remember your order and that they put the item in. Or they offer you something free next time you go, but you have to call and speak to that specific manager in order to get it. Forget about curbside pickup because they will forget about you! I’ve picked up soggy orders after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come out and today, I left after waiting 30 minutes with two small children in the car. I am absolutely done with this location and quite probably the restaurant as a whole. Keep in mind, if you order online, they charge you before you pick up...
The quality of the food here is hit and miss. One day everything is great but then another day the quality was very disappointing. It could have been due to the different cooks on different days. On my last visit, the shrimps were really undercooked to the point of being translucent, I had to throw them away for safety reasons. The white rice was also hard and crusty from being undercooked, or cooked with insufficient water. Too bad I did take out so I couldn't show it to the store manager. I'll give this place another try to see if I might get lucky with the food. Will update my review if things get better.
I tried it the first time yesterday and there was nothing to like about this place. It is a self service eating place and the eating environment was not well lit. The food quality was at maximum mediocre and the plate that I ordered barely covered the plate. I had to buy something extra so I didn’t have to leave feeling still hungry but the line was long. So I had to order a soup on my phone and waited for 10 mins for it to become ready. I appreciate the men and women working there but I will definitely not go back to this place again.
