At our booth, we noticed two flies on the wall that seemed determined to stay despite our attempts to shoo them away, clearly treating the space as their own. I was thrilled to discover the Irvine location nearby. I first visited the West Hills branch about 12 years ago, and I can honestly say that their level of consistency has remained impressive over the years. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. The service is consistently exceptional. However, I’ve noticed that while prices have increased, the portion sizes have decreased. I hope they can address this issue so that more people can fully enjoy their dining experience here. Thank you!
The service was adequate, but when I asked about their vegan options, I was only presented with salads. After taking a closer look at the menu, I found that the only vegan items they offered were peanut coleslaw, chips and salsa, and a basic house salad. Based on this, I don't think this restaurant deserves a spot on Happy Cow.
The staff here are very friendly, although the food and cooks are just average. The breadsticks were overcooked—seemed like they had been made an hour earlier and then reheated, which didn't work out well. We requested fresh ones, and it was no problem at all. I really enjoyed the pasta, by the way!

This place has noticably been got by the recession. Smaller portions, higher prices, longer waits(due to less staff). Food is still good, and they are experimenting with the occasional new menu item from time to time, but I may only go there when I need catering or another company purchased order.
The staff was absolutely fantastic! I had to get a meal for a meeting with 10 people and one of the amazing people worked with me for 20 minutes to find the perfect packages for my team. We have been coming here for years and this was just one of the manyreasons why.
