called an order in to be picked up would have been nice if the girl who took my order on phone told me that if I don't pay over phone with a credit card I have to wait on the order line anyway. so the line was at least 20 people long. so what is the point of calling in the order.... The bagels and other offerings are quite good, but this place seems to be falling off. The staff behind the counter often struggle with taking orders, leading to consistent mistakes; I can honestly say that every order we've placed has been incorrect. You can give it a shot or skip it entirely—there's really not much to lose.
I ordered a dark sesame bagel and wanted everything on it, but I ended up with a whole wheat bagel instead. You can barely see any sesame seeds on it—it's like counting them one by one! I sincerely hope a great bagel shop opens nearby soon.

Amazing bagels and excellent on everything else. I have moved to FL and never buy bagels. I come to NY and never leave without taking a couple dozen bagels. Excellent customer service. #1 in my book.
Solid choice for Bagels at a fair price too.The shiny outside suggests the boil them.No semolina on the bottoms, like some other bagel phony’s like Dunkin and other privately owned spots do.
