My family went to a restaurant for an afternoon tea to celebrate my mother's birthday on Friday. We called ahead 30 minutes, and the place was quiet and welcoming when we arrived. We each had a traditional tea set, which included a teapot, finger sandwiches, scones, and other delicious desserts, for $29 per person. We also ordered a few items from the a la carte menu.
