The service at this restaurant has been declining for years, and it's now truly unacceptable. I used to visit almost daily, but I won't be returning. The food quality is below average and continues to decline, but the most frustrating aspect of this location is the service. It feels like the staff think they're doing customers a favor and have an inflated sense of entitlement about their jobs.
We enjoy the food there, but we frequently encounter issues with our orders being incorrect. On this occasion, we almost left with the wrong food. Additionally, our bionico of mango and papaya was missing granola, coconut, and leche. Instead, they gave us lime and chili, which is not what we expected. We were looking for the sweet cream.
Absolutely fantastic! The agua fresca was wonderful. We tried both the mango and watermelon flavors and couldn't choose a favorite! The chicken quesadilla and turkey torta were both delicious as well. The portions are generous, so sharing is a good idea or be ready for leftovers. Great value overall! I give it 5 stars!
The Breaded Steak Torta, or torta de milanesa, brings back fond memories of my childhood—it's truly incredible. Be sure to order the Chiles Toreados, along with plenty of lemons and some salecita and salsa verde, and it’s an explosion of flavor! I’m going to sleep very content tonight. Book a table now
The Chicken Cancun Salad, Carnitas Torta, Cancun Juice, and Cancun Natural Smoothie were all fantastic. However, the Chilaquiles with Chicken were disappointing. The portion was small, and it didn't resemble the picture at all.
I visited this restaurant and was immediately put off when I saw all the bread stored near the restroom, which is accessible to anyone passing by. It seemed very unhygienic. Food rating: 2/5.
The food always good and juices are always good as well. One of my favorites places for pineapple juice and a wet burrito. The juice isnt watered down. Its really good.

The chicken from the torta was bland but steak was better. Watermelon water was good. Overall food is okay but not amazing like others say.
