Capitaine Pouf - Table reservation

Obviously French Canadians know nothing about Fish and Chips. Being from England my self, this place is a joke. What a rip off. On July 16 at 4pm the cook, possibly Mexican, was aggressive and rude when telling me where to order the food. I ordered Fish and Chips to go. $23.00 for two small pieces of fish and greasy, soggy fries. The waitress did not give me any utensils to eat with nor any salt, vinegar, nor anything else. Then when I asked for a bag to put the items in she gives me a bag with oil spots on it.

My boyfriend and I stopped in today for lunch and boy what a great place to eat! I had fish’n chips and he had the lobster rolls, and we can’t say enough how delicious it was! Prices were reasonable, and the waitresses (Valerie and Sabrina) were so kind and great servers! We would return if in the area…PS Please note that parking is city parking but very affordable at $0.50/30 minutes so we didn’t mind at all!-Nicole and Mark

I doubt you will find a more quaint (I mean that respectfully) and friendly fish and chip place. The food was delicious and affordable. They have a variety of seafood dishes, just not a whole lot of them.Do far the jalapeno shrimp poppers are my favourite.Do go!

I ordered the fish and chips platter served with a Caesar salad... And when I received my dish, I was disappointed!!!
