I have to say, if I had my own business, I would want Ashley to be in charge. When I arrived at Captain D's today around noon, it was packed, but Ashley was handling everything with amazing energy. My friend and I enjoyed fresh food that was served hot, just as it should be. Everything tasted exactly as you'd expect from Captain D's. Thank you for making my birthday dinner special!
Friday 8-19-2022 was tired stop thought I would go into set-down and relax and eat some fish. but not today. door locked sign said closed due to lack of help lobby. I wanted to eat somewhere else. Captain ds should only close permanently when I take care of myself. as they have a business with the doors completed. Anyway, I went somewhere else to eat.
Don't ask for any napkins cuz they'll give you about one for each person! And I would not eat there again after seeing the boy take the trash out with no gloves on then go back behind the counter and fix some buddies food!! Without washing his hands before he went back! That's just nasty!
Worst place out there. Food isn't cooked all the way. They are sending fish that taste like chicken and they cut each piece 3 times to save money so as not to order as much and they fire employees, like me,who are under dr care with legal medical documentation. I suggest never go here. Book a table now
Food was so hot that it melted the containers, however the fish was off, wasn’t traditional captain D’s. It was delish, but I was really looking forward to their iconic fish. I think the batter recipe and fish was changed… ?
The staff members I've encountered during my recent visits have been fantastic. The chef certainly knows their craft! The food is amazing! Be sure to ask for your sauces and anything else you might need.
3 separate visits in this load have left me with wut red. slow, inappropriately trained employees, manager, who allow workers to be rude to customers and have I mentioned slowly?
