Postmates order for a fish sandwich combo and did not receive the fries, soda or any of the sauces requested so I opted to drive to the location to have it corrected. I didn’t open the sandwich package but I should have. When I returned home this time around I didn’t have the cheese. No one apologized or even offered a soda upgrade from small to medium for the inconvenience. The staff was acting upset with me when they were the ones who made the error! Very disappointed considering how much I love their food.
I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, stuck between other cars, which is why I didn't leave. When I finally reached the window, I inquired about the delay and was told it was a "mishap." To make matters worse, they didn't have any change, and they didn’t accept cards or exact cash. It's disappointing to see how much service at restaurants has declined. It seems like this generation doesn't understand the importance of good service and doesn’t take their responsibilities seriously.
This was one of the first times I've gone into a captain d's and had all my food hot and fresh. Everything tasted perfect no issues. There was only one person working the counter and the drive through window. So she was pretty busy and had to bounceback and forth causing the people at the counter to wait a couple minutes to place order. I would for sure eat here again
We ordered ours online. It was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up.The ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS WE ORDERED THE 10 PIECE FAMILY DINNER AND ONLY RECEIVED TWO TINY TARTERSAUCE. it said feed a family of 4, we should have received FOUR TARTER SAUCES. COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE TO ADD TWO MORE SAUCES. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN THE BAG , BUT IT WAS NOT!

I visited the Captain D's location in Fairfield and ordered the 4-piece fish meal. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because the fish had a strange odor, which made me reluctant to eat it. Additionally, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, and there was a foul trash smell outside the restaurant. Overall, it felt like a waste of my time.
I found the service to be lacking. I waited for 20 minutes before asking for a refund because I was too lazy to cut my own lemon. I also left feedback on the website for both locations. You already have my information, and I would appreciate it if you could contact me directly if you're genuinely interested in addressing this issue.
Went for lunchbreak about 2 pm, and was pleasantly surprised that the table area where I ate and the restroom was clean. My food arrived quickly and correctly, and cashier was polite. This is much better than my experiences at the location near UAB.
Could use more staff which would increase productivity and customer service
