Subway is pretty straightforward, but every now and then, I get a craving for one of their sandwiches. I have to admit, I really love the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on an oven-roasted chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it seems they’ve replaced the oven-roasted chicken with rotisserie-style chicken now. It’s a bit dry, but it feels more like real chicken, so I guess that's what they're aiming for.

It's like the purpose of this place is to waste what little time you have for your lunch break. Under what circumstance would you have one person on staff to handle the lunch rush at noon? And to make matters worse the one person they had on staff prioritized cheesing and re-stacking bread rolls over serving customers in a line that stretched to the door. Seriously we all awkwardly watched this one woman for 10 minutes fuss with this bread when I could tell more than half the line was simply trying to get lunch before starting work again. Had she just communicated that there would be a delay and asked for our patience, we would have been fine with it. Instead, her demeanor was dismissive; she rolled her eyes and carelessly tossed paper onto the counter while speaking to me. Frustrated, I felt it was better to leave. This was one of my worst experiences at a Subway. I recall an Elk Grove location shutting down due to low business, and at this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if this one faced a similar fate, considering their unwillingness to serve customers.
I was greatly impressed by the attentive service at Subway. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the server listened closely to my preferences, crafting my meal just the way I wanted it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Subway for quick service; even during busy times, they operate efficiently. Overall, I endorse this place for their expertly prepared sandwiches and great menu!

I had to visit three different Subway locations because the first two refused to accept my coupon for a buy one, get one deal. I called ahead for this one, and Mariana assisted me. She was very polite and even remembered to offer me a drink and to toast my sandwich. She managed to keep up a friendly conversation while preparing our order. She definitely deserves a raise!
Nancy is amazing! This Subway location is always spotless, and even when Nancy is working solo, she efficiently multitasks while warmly greeting and interacting with every customer. I’ve never had a bad experience with her—she’s patient and truly does an excellent job. I hope she remains here for many years to come!
I have always used coupons at this restaurant, but recently they stopped working. They refused to honor the coupon and insisted that I pay the full price, which I find unfair. I specifically asked if they accepted coupons, and they said yes. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this place.
Shut this place down, 23 yrs old and this one is the worst subway I ever had in my life, rude, Un proper hygiene, foods looks mold, and found some type of bone in my sandwich. Don't go here please!

I went in to get a sandwich and all I saw were flies. As I looked down to see the meats vegetables I saw dead flies. I would never eat here again and neither should anyone.
