I have known Chef Tandy for over 8 years! CJ Fusion, formerly Tandy Sushi is a family owned restaurant that serves both Chinese and Japanese food. This is a great place to dine in with your family and friends or if you just want to hang out. If you love sushi....he only serve fresh fish! I come here 2 to 3x a week! I have been dining at this restaurant for a while now and recently moved back to find that the food is still just as good and fresh as the first time I tried it. I give it a perfect 10/10 - I love the people and I love the food. It is worth every single penny, I promise.
I drive all the way from Napa to Fairfield just to enjoy the sushi at this restaurant. Even in Napa, I haven't found a sushi place that can compare in terms of quality and price. I give this place two thumbs up!
