The terrible service they sit you down and take the order as they give you the food and they never come back and it took more than 45 minutes waiting for an order for waffles for my child and they never give it to me and I ask and still they never bring it the only thing they give It's an egg and sausage and parents we finish eating and we're going to pay in front of the girl. The girl just tells me sorry and she's going to give me a discount of $4 please $4 they didn't give me the waffles and only for the egg or sausage she wants to charge me $11 appalling
It seems that at this restaurant, walk-in customers are prioritized over those who have been waiting for an estimated hour and a half, even if they have already waited that long. Additionally, despite being a party of five, they wouldn’t accommodate us by pushing tables together, yet they seated numerous couples who walked in without a reservation. I won’t be returning here again; I've been here once, but after this experience, it’s a no-go for me.
was the first person in line today 4-12-24 and wanted a to-go order because I need to go to work even told them that it would be nice to dine there but I am time-constraint. Food from other tables came out first and when I asked the manager, she did not even aplogize and told me that the crepe maker takes long to heat up. Not even sorry for making me wait and serving others first. I hope the owner reads this and do something about it

Would of take pics of my food ,but it smelled so good we just started eating.The cafe de olla is delicious,wow so delicious. Had cream cheese crepes , chorizo skillet ,and Chipotle chicken sandwich. And yes everything was on point ,service was excellent . If you can ,come and eat here ? it's yummmmy!
I haven’t been to this Caramelo Cafe location in about 2 years and I was so impressed to see how much it had changed and improved! Their green chilaquiles are the best! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming to this one over the one in Valinda.

I was there on day with my family celebrating that my son going away to the Marines.The food was Cold my dishes was incomplete I asked them 3 time they never Brock me The rest of the food and my coffee was super Cold. I will never come back to this restaurant.

I didn't rate it very highly because the food takes a long time to arrive. When it does, they serve it one dish at a time instead of all at once. I also ordered coffee, but it was never served to me. It's a pity, as the food is really delicious.
The food was excellent. The presentation looked like it was made for a food critic. I should have taken a picture. Even the garnish was impressive.
