I have been coming here for awhile as food is very good however I gave 2 stars only bc I don?t care to be ripped off. I ordered the girl at the register clearly said 7 when I gave her my credit card. Honestly I did not check my receipt left. Got anotification from my bank that says a charge of 11.44 was made. I called inquired about it she said if I go back with thereceipt they can fix it. I said I could not go back today but I could return another day. I then got a call back from the sameperson only to tell me the price I was charged was a good value for the meal I got. NEW OWNERS!! THANK GOODNESS!!!! I had stopped coming here for a while because the previous owners were unfriendly and would unfairly round up my change. I visited today for a quick dinner, as my daughter really enjoys their food. WHAT A CHANGE!! I was warmly greeted with smiles from three different staff members. The food is even better than I remember. I tried to pay the exact amount for my order, but they rounded DOWN in my favor and wouldn't accept the exact change I offered. They definitely deserved a tip, which I was more than happy to drop in their jar. I WILL BE BACK!!!
Absolutely delicious! I discovered this gem through a Google search, and it was a wonderful surprise! The portions are huge, the prices are very reasonable, and the carryout spot is clean and cozy. The food was fantastic—we had pasteles, goat stew, pernil, rice and beans, and flan. Everything was cooked to perfection; I ate so much that I'm now uncomfortably full but it was worth it!
I found Caribeno Incorporated to be quite disappointing. The food was overly salty and lacked flavor. For $25, I expected a better dish, especially a large plate of rice and beef gravy from their menu.
