The Carle Place Diner is a bit of a throwback to the diners of 30 years ago. Family run, better than mediocre food but the staff was patient, friendly and responsive. I usually don't expect much from diners because of their nature; the menus are always too big, the place has too many customers. Carle Place Diner survives even post pandemic still even a bit better than before, and good for them.Their fried chicken is freshly made and not frozen. I do believe they need to work on their fries a bit as they get too soggy too fast (double-fry will fix that). Their burgers are big and plentiful. I was quite disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a Mediterranean salad, but it was missing half of the ingredients, and I was charged $22 for it. I called to see if they had a driver who could bring the missing items or if I could get a partial refund. I even offered to come back tomorrow for a discount, but it didn't help. I won’t be ordering from them again. The quality of the food just isn’t worth the price. Majestic Diner down Old Land Road offers much better quality.
This restaurant has a friendly and attentive staff, and the food and desserts displayed look amazing. However, I ordered the fish and chips, and they were quite disappointing. The fries tasted like they were frozen, and the fish wasn't cooked properly—it was cold on the inside. I would recommend passing on the meals unless you're just interested in dessert and coffee.
Food was tasteless and burned. How can you mess up an omelette! The feta was virtually non existent and Also the spinach. Im still looking for it. Flat and flavorless. Also concerned about the prices. $4.50 for coffee! Its cheaper at Starbucks! Waitress did her job but lacks enthusiasm. This is not out first or second time here but it will b my last.

Had the Challah French toast not great. Wasn’t terrible but also not worth finishing my plate. Kind of dry. The waitress also recommended the carrot cake so we got some. IT WAS AWFUL. The cake was dry as can be. The frosting was waxy. Don’t be fooled by the cake display might look good but taste just as bad.
I went to a restaurant with a jukebox right at the table – how awesome is that? I loved the retro atmosphere, the flawless service, the welcoming staff, and the tasty food. Make sure to add extra cheese to your omelette; it really takes it to the next level!
The food was delicious I got the balsamic grilled chicken panini and from texture to taste it was on point! The food took a while to get out after the order, so I gave 4/5 for the service, but the host and server were very nice and attentive!
I had a great experience with the customer service; I felt very welcomed. The food was delicious! The bison burger was juicy, and the fries were also perfectly cooked. The Greek salad on the side was fresh and tasty too.

Excellent place for breakfast. Food was delicious. Had a omelet made special. My counterpart had a western omelet. Coffee was right on. Service was very good. It's a very busy location on Sunday mornings.
The eggs were nearly gone, but that's alright because the service was excellent. It's a must to season the food to your liking at any diner.
