It 's a comfortable restaurant with an open kitchen and great bar area, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the service is great. Most importantly, the food is consistently excellent and the portions are generous. We requested a replacement, but it was evident that the kitchen was out of options. They offered us the choice of eating it at half the price or switching it for a New York strip. She decided to go with the New York strip, requesting it to be cooked properly since the previous steak was undercooked in the center. Carlito's hosted our 50ith wedding Anniversary luncheon. Our children picked Carlito's for our event because of their menu and price per person. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic and the staff were all top nothing. All family and friends in attendance were impressed with everything and helpfulness of the staff. Carlito's was able to accomidate special for dietary needs. We were impressed.

It seems like there has been a change. The food was noticeably different from before. The calamari and pan-seared scallops were not as they used to be. When the calamari was served incorrectly, we requested a correction, but the waitress responded that we were wasting the restaurant's food and that it would have to be thrown away.
The only reason that I am giving this place two stars is because it was once great. The last few times we have ordered, the food has been disgusting. The bread on the chicken parmigiana grinders is stale, the noodles taste like glue, and the meatballs are never cooked through. Very disappointed in the quality. Not worth the money.
Carlitos is consistently the best choice. They serve the finest martini, and the food is always impeccable. It's perfect for a lovely evening out or a casual get-together. The staff is always attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly.
Exceptional restaurant with delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. I dined in for dinner and everything was outstanding. The food was a perfect 5, the service was also a 5, and the ambiance earned a 5 as well! Highly recommend!
